Homeowners Associations and Planned Unit Developments

Management Services 

Although there are similarities in management duties and tasks this is a unique service differing in many ways from residential property management.  A community association is a group of owners who wish to provide a communal basis for preserving, maintaining, and enhancing their homes and property. The communities board of directors contracts with the management company for a fee. Contracts differ in the fact that they may or may not include duties for both administrative and financial functions.  

Full Management Services

Our full management services include but are not limited to collection of the monthly fees, pay the bills, balance bank statements and provide the Board of Directors with complete detailed financial reports each month.  We assist the Board in executing and preparing documentation to comply with civil codes, attend quarterly meetings and prepare the meeting minutes.  We also offer just bookkeeping services at a very reduced rate.  

Bookkeeping Services 

Our accounting service is geared for small homeowners associations who want to self manage but need someone to collect the monthly fees, pay the bills and provide the Board of Directors with complete detailed financial reports each month. We offer a very professional service that accents our bookkeeping services.  You do not need to worry about collecting dues, paying the monthly expenses on time, nor worrying yourselves with who is delinquent. Our accounting software offers monthly statements of exactly where the funds are, how much is allocated and where, when expenses were paid and a delinquency list distributed to the Board on a quarterly basis.  At the end of the year you will receive your financial documents that outlines the entire year for tax purposes. Our professionals offer great service and an abundance of knowledge.  We are so confident in how we operate that you will immediately feel comfortable making this transition!
